Robert “Boots” Bailey
Robert “Boots” Bailey, Founder: Boots established Haskell Paving, Inc. in 1966. He learned the trade working with his uncle as a teenager. In the early days of our company, Boots worked primarily on driveways and small parking lots. With the help of his sons, he later began taking on larger commercial jobs including roadways, colleges, and shopping malls.
Jeffrey Bailey
Jeffrey Bailey, President: Jeff grew up working with his brothers in his father’s paving company and officially joined the family business in 1978. Jeff has since contributed to the success of the company by adding an asphalt milling division in 2006. Jeff now runs the day to day operations of all divisions of the company in the field.
